Several working methods are in place and process description are made by Project Office. It is important to know whether those are used, result in what is intended and still up-to-date. Therefore the opinion of the stakeholders about the clearness and effectiveness (questions/ideas) of the method/descriptions/Milestone passages should be collected. This can be organized by having a structural evaluation process in place.

You will support the set up of a process of evaluating Project office own Project Management working methods, process descriptions,.. Evaluations can be during the design of a working method/description, during implementation, during regular use and about the evaluation process itself. Introducing literature/external knowledge is important.
